The packet contains six Pinch Sticks. They come in different sizes, so you will find matching stick for each nail. The Pinch Sticks are used to create the desired curvature of the nails. When creating gel based nails, you should attach the sticks under the templates. This way the nail will be created onto the foil, but it will have the curving of the stick.
